This single vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon from Beckstoffer’s Bourn Vineyard features soft red fruits and delicate florals. Rose petals, wet gravel, red dust, and toffee are present on the nose, while soft, elegant tannins introduce strawberries & cream, sanguine peach, and subtle French vanilla on the palate. The classic terroir of St. Helena is shining to its fullest in this wine! We recommend decanting upon opening.

VINEYARDS: 100% Beckstoffer’s Bourn

FERMENTATION: Whole-berry fermentation in stainless steel. Pumped over twice daily, totaling 24 days of maceration.

AGING/COOPERAGE: 22 months in 90% new French oak barrels.
