Harvested from the Eastern hillsides of the Napa Valley in the Rutherford AVA, this single vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon from Beckstoffer’s Georges III Vineyard consistently produces the most elegant and graceful wine. Rose petals, violet, blackberry, and subtle cedar are featured on the nose while blackberry pie, cocoa powder, and soft tannins are highlighted on the palate.  This wine is a precise representation of the terroir of Georges III Vineyard. We recommend decanting upon opening.

VINEYARDS: 100% Beckstoffer's Georges III Vineyard

FERMENTATION: Whole-berry fermentation in stainless steel. Pumped over twice daily, totaling 24 days of extended maceration.

AGING/COOPERAGE: 22 months in 90% new French oak barrels.
