2021 Stewart Santa Cruz Mountains Brut Cuvée

The 2021 Brut Cuvée hails from the Corralitos area of the Santa Cruz Mountains. Crafted in true Méthode Champenoise, this beautiful Chardonnay-based sparkling wine shows characteristics of preserved lemon, brioche, and apple skin, while the palate focuses on bright citrus, lime zest, and honeycrisp apple. VINEYARDS: 80% Regan Vineyard Chardonnay,  20% Lester Deer Park Ranch Pinot Noir

APPELLATION: Corralitos - Santa Cruz Mountains

HARVEST DATE: August 2021

FERMENTATION: Whole-cluster pressed and settled overnight, stainless fermented.

AGING/COOPERAGE: 12 months in Neutral French oak barrels, 12 months en tirage
