2023 Stewart Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc

New Release!

Thanks to the cooler weather we saw during harvest, the flavors of our Sauvignon Blanc were able to develop slowly and retain a beautiful balance of acidity and freshness. Fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks, aromas of guava, peach rings, and lime zest envelop the nose, while the palate shows characteristics of lemon, lime, and honeydew, finishing with bright acidity and excellent palate weight.

FERMENTATION:
- Whole-cluster pressed and settled overnight. Fermented 100% in stainless steel tank.
