Harvested from the steep hillsides of the esteemed Moon Mountain AVA, this wine is a classic example of high-elevation, mountain Cabernet Sauvignon. Aromas of cocoa powder, baking spices, and black plum are complemented by the complexities of the palate, featuring flavors of black cherry & dark chocolate and finishing with full, silky roundness. Decant and enjoy this wine now, or cellar through 2042. There is no doubt that this wine will age gracefully.

FERMENTATION: Whole-berry fermentation in stainless steel fermenters with wet cap immersion.

AGING/COOPERAGE: 22 months in 65% new French oak barrels.
